• site meetings with clients or their representatives to agree and implement safe working practices
• site visits – and visits to our own manufacturing facilities – to monitor compliance with appropriate H&S standards
• ‘toolbox talks’ and training for all directly employed staff and regular sub-contractors
• production, implementation and updating of company health & safety policy and manual
• production and monitoring of company training matrix
